Security

Security is a key aspect of T-DX and best security practices have been applied, such as mandatory multi-factor authentication, communication encryption, PII encryption, data integrity, etc. To further protect our users, the following measures are in place:

Anti-phishing protection

To prevent phishing attacks, users can set a communication secret that will be present if every official email coming from T-DX.

Reset password protection

Reset password functionality is typically a security weak link. Therefore, by default, the reset password functionality is disabled. To enable it, a user must provide a secret question and a corresponding secret answer.
Before being able to reset his password, a user will have to provide the secret answer.
