Taurus Network provides a secure platform for financial institutions to share addresses and assets, pledge and call on collateral, and handle settlement across different digital assets. Participant Information via API
Throughout this guide you will need to know your participant ID as well as look up the ID of others.
- After joining, you can find your participant ID at the My Participant ID endpoint
- You can list participants in the network to retrieve their participant ID by querying the List Participants endpoint .
Governance Rules for Taurus Network
Taurus Network (TN) will automatically create governance rules as required by the Network. This includes rules for pledging & collateral, settlements and more. There are some important things to note about these rules:
- Taurus Network rules are protected. Any attempt to modify, change, or extend an existing rule results in a new copy being created, while the original rule remains unchanged. This prevents unilateral changes that could invalidate an agreed-upon collateral contract or settlement.
- These rules will automatically appear in PROTECT Super Admin and do not need to be created. They can also not be deleted.
