Create a SOL token burn request

This endpoint creates a request to burn SPL tokens.
Required role: RequestCreator.

SPL token address ID (owner of the token).

Amount to burn.

Fee limit.

Comment to be added to request trail.

Identifier for the request in the user's system. This must be unique. Attempting to create a request with an existing externalRequestId will do nothing and return the originally created request.
