Get the balance, at wallet level, for a specific asset

Retrieve the wallet level balance for a specific asset.
The asset is identified by the currency parameter, which must be a currency symbol or currency ID registered for the tenant.
When a symbol is shared by several chains, set the unknown object's blockchain and network to disambiguate it; these are the only unknown fields read on input (arg1 and arg2 are ignored).
For a non-fungible token, set kind to "NFT" and provide nft.tokenid.
