Create asset

Starts a create-asset operation and returns the freshly-materialized AssetResourceV2 in PENDING state. The asset becomes ACTIVE and its on-chain state populated once the underlying workflow completes; consumers should poll GetAssetV2 to observe progress. The CREATE operation itself is queryable via ListAssetOperationsV2.
