List the transactions of a fee payer

https://your-protect-instance.example.com/api/rest/v1/feepayers/{feePayerID}/transactions

This endpoint returns the transactions of the address paying the fees for a fee payer. For a local fee payer they are read from this environment, for a remote one they are fetched from the environment hosting that address.
